Concept

Euclidean space

Euclidean space is the fundamental space of classical geometry, representing the physical world as characterized by three dimensions and the axioms of Euclid. In this environment, triangles always sum to 180 degrees. The Penrose triangle is considered impossible because its geometry violates these rules when projected into three dimensions, requiring higher-dimensional mathematics to be realized as a continuous, solid object.
