Sea Star Aquarium

A large, vibrant orange octopus emerges from an aquarium tank, its tentacles reaching out into a room with curved glass walls and a domed ceiling.

A small public aquarium in Coburg, in the Bavarian state of Germany. It became briefly famous in 2008 for a giant Pacific octopus named Otto, who was observed squirting water at overhead lamps to short-circuit them, rearranging the decor of his tank, and juggling hermit crabs. The staff cited him as the reason the electrical bill kept spiking.
